"Krystal was exceedingly friendly and helpful. The shower head was positioned wrong & water ran out from the shower into the bathroom and then into the sleeping area which got flooded. We had to mop up the water ourselves using towels. We could not get anyone to come mop up the water. The maintenance man went into the room to adjust the shower and tracked dirty foot steps around the room- after a long discussion with Krystal, she agreed to have the cleaning staff come mop."

"One of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. At 10:00 AM, the hotel called my room to remind me that check-out was at 11:00 AM. Why exactly am I being disturbed a full hour before check-out? Am I supposed to spend an entire hour packing my luggage? As a paying guest, I already know the check-out time. Receiving a wake-up-style call just to remind me to leave felt rude, intrusive, and unnecessary. Instead of making guests feel welcome, it creates the impression that the hotel is eager to push people out as quickly as possible. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced such an irritating practice. Customer service should be about hospitality, not pressuring guests to leave. Very disappointing."
