"Very large clean rooms"

"This is the best Holiday Inn Express I've ever stayed in and it's the only hotel we use when we travel! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! The property is extremely clean and you can tell they take cleanliness seriously. It is very close to the 101, which is a main thoroughfare around Phoenix. We used this location as a base for our 6 days here for baseball games, Apache Trail, golf, and other activities. The breakfast was good. Always egg options, breakfast meat options, pancakes,...

"Staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful. Rooms were clean but could benefit from a maintenance - eg there was a constant loud humming noise, apparently from the AC, during the night, the blackout curtain was broken midway and wouldn't move and you could feel the springs in the mattress of the pullout sofa. "

Only complaint paid extra for a room with a patio - not worth it. Views if a construction site & eye level with the adjacent street. Terrible design. "

"Clean, simple, easy check-in, nice to have a breakfast bar option. They charge for parking which is kind of insane in this area as it’s an area full of strip malls, not downtown. They said it’s because they don’t own the parking lot. It was $10 overnight but more just the concept. "

"We loved everything about the jw except the pool was so overcrowded and no chairs by 9am because people save them all day. We paid a lot of money to stay here and apparently they let you buy day passes for the locals and it was just many people at the pool. So if you are coming for the pool, I would stay somewhere else."

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...

"Terrible overpriced garbage"

"Had a 3 bedroom- loved the space and the big balcony. We were suprised there was laundry in suite. The games were good and in good condition. Pool was nice, they had an adults only pool too. One thing I wish they had was a restaurant but did have a tiny convenience store with some food and alcohol. Also wish there were couple more baking sheets for the oven we just had one small one. Clean, friendly, would stay again."

"The hotel does NOT have a traditional reception, only an office, which limits service availability. For example, towel changes are only possible after 9 a.m. It felt unwelcome because NO coffee or water. The staff member, Ree Ree, was friendly and helpful and provided us with her office coffee maker after we discovered there was NONE in the room, despite it being listed in the Expedia booking. The kitchenette, however, was essentially NON-functional and lacked basic equipment, raising the...
