"Service was great - the only complaint I have is the parking, it’s forced valet and I think you can actually park yourself around the corner in a garage for cheaper. I would look into avoiding the $45/day valet if I stay here in the future. Otherwise, the location is amazing! "

"The shower was a little gross, there was also a shower cap hanging in the bathroom from the last guest. The only available parking onsite is valet, which is $50 after tax. The staff was fantastic."

"We loved our stay here. Very budget friendly, the rooms were very clean and the location is great. We went to see a show at the Orpheum Theatre and it was 10 min by foot. It's also across the street from the Van Buren venue. We had dinner reservations at a restaurant on Roosevelt Row, about 25 min by foot. It was great not to have to drive anywhere. The hotel offers free parking and doesn't charge any resort fees. A little noisy due to being across from a venue but we didn't hear much once we closed the windows. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Fan in the room wasn’t cleaned in idk how long. When we booked they never said anything about the pools being remodeled and out of order. We looked forward to using the pool at our stay. Front staff looked put out when we asked questions. We had to get our keys re- magnetized everytime we left the room. They don’t valet and the parking is pretty terrible as well. We ended up valeting at another hotel. Pretty cool hotel with historic value but wouldn’t stay again."

"Beautiful property. Our room was facing the rooftop bar, Eden, which meant that we could hear the music bumping all night long every night we were there. The pool was great and we loved the room. Lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Check in and check out was a breeze."

"Loc ation was great, excellent amenities, beautiful room, beautiful pool, helpful staff (Zee was super helpful). Definitely going back. One small comment: you can have soap, shower gel, etc. with much better smell :)"
