"Hotel facilities are great, the bedroom is huge, with a nice bed, the shower is fantastic and the bath also good. However, it's the type of resort for people that want to go on holiday and never leave the hotel, the location is far from most stuff you can do in South Tenerife, the beach in front of the hotel is a rock beach that didn't appear safe for swimming, the hotel has just swimming pools that all look the same. Also the hotel is located in an area with a lot of wind so it can feel a bit cold and just one of the pools is heated. The only bad thing is that they ask you to use the app for everything and the app is really bad, multiple times it crashed or stuck in loading, this is definitely something to improve. Also "all-inclusive" uses a strange definition on "all", it doesn't include a lot of things. It's basically a drinks package."

"I had a great stay at the property. The staff were excellent. The animation staff were lovely especially Diane and Carlo. I had so much fun as solo traveler as well. It was brilliant i will visit again."

"Spent my first solo holiday in Alousoul hotel, it was amazing. All of the staff were so friendly. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, so much choice and the complementary cookies and flavoured water were lovely. Location wise it’s perfect, a short walk to the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely return."

"I love coming here I come here at least 5 times a year I love the 1 bedroom as the views are a amazing all amenities are brilliant staff friendly especially a lady on the desk who is pregnant I m sorry I forgot her name but always recognise s us, only disappointment was we got a 2 bedroom apartment instead of 1 we wanted a 1 bedroom as we love the views and privacy, it's happened at least 3 times now"
