"Accidentally booked wrong dates as for some reason when i pressed book it changed dates to May from April. Contacted hotels .com didn’t get far with it. Lost the £82 paid for this and then had to rebook to have correct dates. I informed hotels.com straight away but still no refund on accidental wrong dates that have been booked 😔 really disappointed by this"
