"Clean room; nice and courteous and helpful staff; free garage parking is a plus since I rented a car. Modern and boutique type of hotel, with an old stone entrance area. Located in the old San Lazaro quarter of Arequipa at a walking distance from many restaurants and Plaza de Armas and main convents and monasteries: San Francisco, Santa Tereza, Catalina, La Compaňia…. "

"This is near Plaza de Armas, which is a beautiful spot. But there have been protesters in the streets for the last two years and are very loud with megaphones. And there is a bar next to this property, which is exceedingly loud other than two in the morning till five in the morning. The shower just had a pipe sticking out of the wall. I tried to stay there and just couldn't. Way too loud that I couldn't think or sleep. "
