Cerca a la plaza de armas
La ventaja de este hotel es que está cerca a la plaza de armas. Ofrece lo indispensable para una estancia. Sin elevador, con tres pisos y una estrecha y empinada escalera, tu subes y bajas tu equipaje pues no hay quien se ofrezca a hacerlo. El trato es honesto y amable. Doña Rosita y Jesús, el joven que atiende en recepción le dan el toque amistoso al lugar.

Not to recommend to stay!!!
Photos looks far better than reality. Basic & cheapest rooms are very small, water pressure insufficient & many staff not professional. Many rooms facing major road which is heavily poluted with passing car fumes & also very boisy.
Breakfast offers only basic bread (3pcs can be brought in the nearby shop for Sol 1), & fried/scrambled eggs, with butter & pineapple jam, artificial juice. Milk is never provided for coffee. Shortly said not sufficient breakfast.
We paid additional USD 19 to stay in a room with matrimonial bed & jacuzzi - room was spacious but everything else was not worth it (bathroom was very basic, one light was not working, bathtub looked very dirty, window was missing one glass pcs in louvre window & internet connection was quite slow).
Would not recommend to stay in this hotel unless there is nothing else available.

There was NO hot water to take a shower
Even though I ask to fix the issue of the hot water; the hotel does not have the infrastructure to accommodate te basic needs. My 85 y.o. Mother and I had to take cold showers. This is completely unacceptable.

Photos de l'hôtel sont trompeuses.
chambres ne sont pas aussi belles et propres que sur les photos mais pour le prix, c'est acceptable. Très bon emplacement, à seulement quelques coins de rue du centre. Personnel très serviable. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à beaucoup pour le déjeuner mais lorsque nous avons des demandes, le personnel essaie d'y répondre. Eau chaude et wifi.

Hotel muito simples, não vale o preço que cobra
O hotel é bem simples, a cama é média, está bem localizado, mas só, o resto deixa muito a desejar. Não compensa o preço pago, não tem nenhuma comodidade, somente uma cama, uma garrafa de água e um chuveiro que não esquentou logo de cara, mas depois funcionou.

Great Location!
Blocks from the main plaza this hotel is perfectly located. Helpful and very nice staff even when the communication was difficult. We whipped out google translate and all information was provided. Breakfast was nice and if you go out the patio door in the breakfast room you have a stunning view of all three volcanoes.
