"This was a HORRIBLE place to stay. We waited over an hour and 30-mins for the person to show up with the key and walk us through the apartment. We missed our dinner reservation which was a celebration.
The apartment had 2 working heaters yet we used 3 bedrooms. There was a light blanket and sheet for the bed. The beds needed blankets! My children and I slept in our coats. In the middle of the night the heater went out. We called, messaged, and text the owner who did not return...

"It’s the 2nd time in my life I stayed in hostel and this time I was a little disappointed. I took room with private bathroom. Looks like you have the minimum necessary for living there but I didn’t feel coziness, Thanks, it was clean there but I would change the curtains and the drying rack, and add some color accents—right now it looks like a hospital room."

"Room was clean and the free laundry and storage hold was very convenient. They also had a small fridge to store things pre and post checkout. Dryer requires emptying of water trap otherwise it stops working which took a long time to complete laundry. One of our side light of bed did not work. People triggered the fire alarm which required us to leave our rooms. Because there isn't a front desk it left alot of us standing outside not knowing anything until an email came threw. Elevators were...

"In general the property is clean, though we found there was some dry stains on bed sheet. As soon as we raised with a hotel staff member, it was changed straightway.
A staff member, Hector (sorry, if I misspelled his hame), should be commended for his enthusiasm about visting Lisbon. Right after checking in us, he offered detailed suggestions about touring Lisbon and they turned out to be very useful. Many thanks!"
