"Our flight got canceled after we had gotten to the airport. So we were scrambling for a place to stay since they weren't able to get us on another flight until the next evening. Communication was excellent, the unit owner was very accommodating and pleasant. He made sure the unit was cleaned for us within an hour since we were arriving late and an hour away from the location. Very grateful to him for giving us a place to rest our heads after a crazy night at the airport!"

"It was a solitary building , we was the only g Family staying at the property , still is remodeling we found flying insects .. also there is not ac in the entire apt. The portables ac for the rooms areas not enough .. there is not good place to walk or have dinner … needs improvement 😢"

"very poor communication, the owner's phone number is out of service and communication with expedio is bad, the air conditioning does not work and the lamps do not work and the area is not very safe. I do not recommend it"

"We enjoyed our stay. You have to know when you get there that there is no one to meet you so make sure you read all the emails they sent you. There was very little water pressure, so it was hard to shower. Other than that it was a good stay for the money."

" The property is located in a very good location, but it had so many cockroaches that we couldn't sleep or use the kitchen because the cockroaches were everywhere. I told the contact person and he didn't care at all. My daughters did not arrive when they found out about the plague that was in the apartment. Although it was not the intention, they never took responsibility and/or offered any compensation for the bad experience. In addition, it desperately needs a remodel, hotel price but it...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Lago. The house was spacious and comfortable and the porch was wonderful. Fortunately it was cool and there was no need for air-conditioning. The units included in each room need repairs made to vent system. We found it to be centrally located to every where we visited. Would love to come back again and stay there. Enjoyed watching the horses and garzas in the yard.This house is truly a GEM nestled in the mountains of Adjuntas. "
