Great stop over hotel

Great hotel for a stop over. Area close to shopping centre and as a solo female felt extremely safe. Staff excellent, good to have coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine at reception. Room good, huge bed, all as expected. Will def use this as a stop over again

A Very Good Hotel

Great place to stay. Definitely need a car and it not the easiest to to and from but a bonus is your right next to a great shopping mall. So easy to pickup, groceries or general shopping.

This was a 2 night break on our return from a longer stay, was very surprised the Hotel was way above expectations staff very good room was excellent tea/coffee machine, & a good bathroom, a well stocked buffet breakfast, overall great & would book again if in that area.

The hotel is new and clean, check in too 25 minutes, no one at reception. Noise travels easy in this hotel, you hear a lot during the night... breakfast very basic and not fresh. 20 Euros for your dog to stay. If you need a quick stop and not bothered abut location and service then this could be good option, it is very clean but basic.

Plutôt bien. Assez confort pour une nuit à Murcie.

Globalement bien personnel acceuillant et chambre conforme aux attentes. Seule la salle d'eau, la douche été pas bien étanche et un angle abîmé. Et le petit déjeuner est cher pour ce que c'est.

A l'arrivée ns apprenons que l'hotel n' a pas reçu le règlement non remboursable de votre part et qu'il me réclame de repayer la nuitée. Après moults tractations telephoniques entre vous et la charmante hotesse du B& B...vs avez enfin effectué le virement. Debut de sejour gâché alors que le reglt avait bien ete faits ds les temps.. Déçue.

Un día de trabajo por Murcia

Nada más llegar nos dicen que si nos gratifican con unos obsequios de una nevera por no hacernos la habitación al día siguiente donde se ha visto esto. No funciona el ascensor sin avisarnos antes de pagar la factura por si nos queremos ir a otro hotel y nos dan una habitación en la tercera planta, hay mucho ruido la ventana no cerraba bien y lo que colma el vaso es la invención de lo de las toallas en bolsas para que tengas remordimiento de conciencia de que no es bueno utilizarlas por el tema de lavarlas, jabones, agua, etc. Si tienes tu ese compromiso medioambiental como establecimiento pague más a los proveedores y que las lleven donde sean más eficientes.
