"I went from the Club Quarters in Philly to a Hilton in Brooklyn. The contrast in amenities was stark. The refillable water bottles and free coffee at the Club Quarters were a pleasure, especially since the coffee pods made delicious decaffeinated coffee!"

"There’s black mold all over the windowsills and I even took pictures. The card keys don’t work so every time you need to go up in the elevator and every time you need to get in your room, you have to go to the front desk and physically have the person from the front desk. Let you up the elevator walk you down the hall and let you in your room every single time. The only good thing is that it provide provided breakfast."

Housekeeping skipped my room and didn’t bother offering to clean it, which made things even worse. On top of that, the rooms had a really bad smell. Overall, it was very disappointing."
