"Die Iglus lagen etwas abgelegen, aber gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Perfekt um Polarlichter zu sehen, leider hatten wir nur kein Glück während unseres Aufenthalts. Es war super schön eingerichtet, total cozy und hatte ein tolles Badezimmer, mit einer riesigen Regendusche. Wir haben Minna getroffen, die sich um die Iglus kümmert. "In a quiet location in the centre. We had a lovely spacious studio room on floor 3 with a sitting room and separate bedroom. Apart from the air- conditioning being a bit too intrusive, we loved the room. We loved the view across the fjord to the Arctic Cathedral. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room is a bit crowded if you don't go in early. The outside of the hotel isn't very smart- looking but inside the lobby has a nice sitting area with coffee and cookies. We would definitely stay there again if we could book room 312!"

"It was a shame that the laundry’s dyer was broken but we did our washing anyway. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the dryer. Nice room looking towards the mountains to the south. The hotel is ideally situated for downtown. Restaurants and bars were a walk away. Walking along the harbour side was a great pre or post dinner therapy. We parked on an adjacent street."
