"We weren't sure what to expect but enjoyed our stay and it was suitable for what we needed to do whilst in Ostersund. We had a number of sled dogs with us and these were accommodated without restriction. I can only give an average score on a number of things as I don't have anything much to compare against. However, the owners/managers were lovely, friendly and helpful and even came to watch at our event that we were taking part in. Down side, our water heater might not have been working too...

"This was a cabin within a camping ground, so there really weren't regular hotel services. We were given access to the washer and dryer on site but the washer didn't work well and the dryer was almost non-functional. The shower didn't have enough hot water to get through a single shower. WiFi was not very stable, but adequate if you were patient. Was able to catch up on e-mail and make Skype calls ok when other campers weren't around. Milo, the receptionist, was exceptional. "Der Campingplatz war vollkommen ausreichend für eine Nacht. Die Sanitäranlagen und die Küche waren sauber, allerdings gibt's kleine Abstriche bei der Hütte: Der Kühlschrank war dreckig, die Betten unbequem, und zwei Stühle in einer Hütte für vier Personen sind unpraktisch fürs Essen. "

"The staff were lovely -very helpful. They allowed us to check in early since our room was ready. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of offerings. There was a washer and dryer available for use which was greatly appreciated! "

"This was the first hotel I visited where the reception was located on the top floor, shared with the bar, restaurant, breakfast area, recreation area (pool table, chess, foosball table, large TV), and a work area. Floor-to-ceiling windows lined most of the level, offering guests stunning views of the surrounding mountains and water. Whoever came up with this design was a genius. The Moxy staff undoubtedly had one of the best workplaces on the island. Speaking of staff, I found them all to be friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Perfect for our four-night stay. Breakfast had everything we needed for a pleasant start to the day. There were abundant parking spaces available, but a word of caution for those with rental cars: the company managing the parking lot bills the rental car company, and they add their administrative markup fees to the final bill when you return the rental. To avoid all the ridiculous fees, we ended up parking in a small, unmarked gravel parking lot across the street from the hotel. We didn’t see any signs prohibiting the use of the lot. During our two-week trip we stayed in seven hotels. Moxy is tied for first with the hotel in Tallinn, Estonia. "
