"Everything was good"

"Huge disappointment with this "Spa" Hotel. Booked this hotel with great expectations of using pools, saunas, etc but we discovered during our check in that is needed to pay to use it and with for limited time. Nothing is mentioned when you book and it is misleading since they promoted with nice pictures of the spa. Rooms are good but a bit noisy. Windows are directly above an atrium with chairs for guests and you can hear eco from people speaking. Breakfast is good with a nice mix of fruits, breads, cakes and hot food."

"The staff was very kind and accommodating. They ever gave us a bottle of cava for my birthday. The room was utterly amazing, it was a beautiful marble room with Juliette balconies we enjoyed with the cava. The location is great too, in-between the old town and the beach, close to the action but not in the thick of it. I'm so impressed, I would absolutely stay here again. "

"No pudimos dormir por el calor en la habitación ellos dicen que como hay frío no ponen el aire , en la noche la bulla de las personas que recogen la basura fue horrible , no estamos acotumbrados a dormir con las ventanas abiertas "

"Amazing view from the bedroom. The meal at the hotel restaurant was very good and professionally served. Breakfast was average and didn't like the tongs to pick up food items. "

Making suggestions for dinner and reservations, they were always available to help. Breakfast was more than adequate and well enjoyed. We would return to this hotel when visiting Cádiz.
