"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person."

"The location of this property is excellent for seeing the Old Town sights. The kitchen is minimal, could use a few more cooking items; but in this location it is exceptional to have a kitchenette at all! The housekeeper does an excellent job, and was very helpful."

"Very difficult access due to the pedestrian location. Our room was located on the 2 nd floor, no elevator of course and difficult steps, not easy with suitcases."

"The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. "A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift."
