"The counter staff at reception were very poor as was the manager. They should explain which color section the room is located not just the number. They should have adequate supply of small bills to assist guests in paying for transportation. It took two emails over a week to receive a response about local transportation charges from the hotel. They should be more attentive. The other staff were great. "

Service, food, the hotel, cleanliness and just general guidance about the city - you name it and you’ll get it. Mr Upadhyay is a gem of a person and really sorted out tour in Varanasi! Much better than Radisson where I’ve stayed 2 nights - if you find this hotel, do t skip - you’ll be pleased "

"- Just within a 5-minutes walk to Mahabodhi temple, the hotel is located in quiet and pleasant area. Can find many restaurants, cafes and tea stalls nearby. - Hotel staffs are so friendly, helpful and very punctual which we Japanese find quite important. - Rooms are cozy and comfy, especially the cleanliness of bathroom is excellent.
