Hotels near Arcata Plaza

"Hotel rooms looked like recently renovated but they are tiny. 2 queen beds barely fit side by side. No coffee maker in the room and no common area with amenities like coffee or tea. Walls are very thin as we could hear the alarm on next room going on. Staff was Ok. Not rude but not very friendly or helpful. Just the bare minimal. For a Motel 6 with this conditions it was totally overpriced over $230/ night. "

When making our reservation we requested handicap accommodations. We were told when checking in that it was. It wasn't! The coffee maker didn't work, the television didn't have live local networks, there wasn't an extra blanket. We won't stay again. "

"Hot tub closes promptly at 10pm. It’s not by any rooms. Would be nice if it was open later especially when lots of people were relaxing after a long day hiking."
