"Everything was amazing "

"The hotel couldn’t be on a better location right in front of the Royal Palace. The rooms are big and very clean. We went with out dog and not only he was welcome, it felt truly pet friendly. They brought a bed and bowls for him and they even accommodated a table on the side so we could have breakfast (which was also great with so many options) with our dog on an area where he was allowed. The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely experience."

"El hotel necesita bastante renovación ya que es bastante viejo. El espacio de la habitación está ok pero necesitan poner colchones más cómodos. Ese día le estaban haciendo mantenimiento al agua y cuando me fui a bañar el agua salió amarilla hasta que la dejé correr hasta que se aclarara. "

"There were issues not wotth mentioning becasue the staff made everyrhing reasonable to rectify or solve them with haste. Excellent breakfast buffet. If you rent a car, this hotel is perfectly situated in Madrid outskirts, but close enough to comute easely. Aranjuez is a charming town with a suprisingly active night life. Highly recommend "
