"Razoável. Pelas fotos, o apartamento parece ser mais novo do que realmente é. A localização não é muito boa. Os banheiros são muito pequenos, estavam com mal cheiro e o chuveiro de um deles não estava esquentando a água. Quartos sem ar condicionado, mas com ventiladores em todos. Sala e cozinha ok."

"Excelente em quase todos os aspectos,barulho do ar-condicionado,a cortina não fecha por inteiro pela manhã tem muita luz.
A o cooktop demora muito para esquentar,porém salva muito.
