"Plenty of free parking. The room was a good size, clean and well appointed. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food and drink. The reception staff were excellent. We got to know them really well as we were staying for a week. There was a cafe / restaurant immediately opposite and reasonably priced. The hotel was named Vitoria but the town itself was a 12 / 15 minute drive away."

"Located in the heart of the Rioja region the Hotel provided a very comfortable and friendly base from which to explore. Reception staff were excellent friendly with excellent English. We were guided to a local multi-lingual and talented taxi company who acted as tour guides and local advisors - made our trip really special. We had free EV charging in the free carpark next to the front door of the Hotel."

"A beautiful dreamy Parador! Within most peaceful nature filled grounds, the rooms were exceptionally clean even with back garden access! Delicious breakfast either in the dinning room or garden terraza! Staff is super friendly and helpful with sharing information. Awesome bar with exceptional views of the gardens and sunset! "In Orduna for only a couple of nights during a motor touring trip. Great base to access Bilbao by scenic train ride. Hotel is located in the main square of the town, so an old building styling through with a spa, nicely decorated rooms and public areas. But the fundamentals like room occupancy comfort have not been fixed ( eg no Aircon, solar gain from windows). Opening windows brings in the noise of the square in the evening which is the centre for local socialising and continues until...
