One of the team members, Arun, went above and beyond. He gave me detailed guidance on what to do around the area, the best timings for activities, and even let me know that if I ordered anything via the Talabat app, the hotel could deliver it directly to my room.
The service throughout my stay was excellent. My room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, and because it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with extra drinks and a small cake, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Overall, everything was spot on. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Arun, who made sure I had the best experience both inside and outside the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again."
