"We couldn’t fault our stay! The hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Breakfast was brilliant — lots of choice with fresh fruit, good coffee, and eggs cooked to order. Everything was always fresh and beautifully presented.
The staff were a real highlight — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. The reception team were great, and the bell boys went out of their way with taxis and local tips. Special mentions to all of the bell boys, Lakshan at the pool and Edward & Meme in The Kitchen. The pool area was spotless and well maintained, with attentive lifeguards. We had lunch at the pool bar one day — the food was delicious and great value for money.
Dinner at The Kitchen was another highlight. The buffet offered plenty of choice — fresh salads, local dishes, and tempting desserts — and the set menu we tried twice was just as impressive.
Our room was spotless every day, and even on a high floor we never had to wait long thanks to the super-fast lifts.
Special mentions to Lakshan, who greeted us so warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Every member of staff made our stay feel special.
Overall, the food, facilities, and service all exceeded our expectations. The location is also great, we loved our visit to Doha! We’d definitely recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!"
