"From beginning to end, everything about our stay at The St. Regis Doha was absolutely amazing!
As soon as we arrived, the reception team were so welcoming and helped us check in early, which was such a lovely start to our stay. We were also treated to complimentary afternoon tea, which was a wonderful touch.
Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled absolutely lovely. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was excellent. Every day, staff would knock on our door to ask if we needed anything, and I even received daily WhatsApp messages checking whether I needed any assistance. I have honestly never experienced this level of service before, and it made our stay feel so special.
Every single member of staff we encountered, including the reception team, restaurant staff and everyone else throughout the hotel, was absolutely amazing. Everyone was always smiling, friendly, welcoming and genuinely eager to help. The hospitality was exceptional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
I genuinely have zero complaints and would highly recommend The St. Regis Doha to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with outstanding service.
