"I was very happy with my stay and think this is an excellent choice for people only needing one night if they are flying in/out of Kolkata due yo its proximity to the airport. My only criticism was the confusion regarding a late night pickup that I organised as this caused undue stress and a very long delay. The manager was very apologetic, but I recommend they improve the airport transfer system."

"The staff was terrible no easy access to hotel. It was difficult to deal with hotel. Hotel is unhygienic and staff is very lazy bad customer service. Inwould never recommend it."
