I liked that the hotel is at the heart of Ayla area which has plenty dining and shopping venues.

An amazing resort, loved every minute of it.
Rooms are great, facilities even better, a good value for money.
Food is a weak point, in both restaurants, and check-in/out process needs to be faster.

Great hotel. Looks and feels brand new. Located in a new gated marina. Huge suites. Nice pools and artificial beach. Good restaurants but little pricey. A lot of adult only areas so if you have big kids it’s a big plus so you can have a quiet time. Only major downside is they charge for the kids bed 20JD and that is after you already paid extra for a room with two children’s. There’s no sofa bed or anything for the kids to sleep on in a 84sqm suite.

Its not the 1st time I stay @Hyatt.
Its the 1st time I place an order for 4 ppl in a room, and then requested to pay additional amount of 20 jod per rollout bed after discount for every child staying in the suite I have ordered.
In addition, the infant staying with us could get a baby cot/crib, because they were fully booked.
Not sure what can a family do in such case.

Property is fantastic. What was challenging is finding the place. Navigation takes you to a nonexistent entrance. Took me 30 minutes of driving around to figure out where to go. Hotel is aware of the issue, but made no effort to warn guests prior to arrival on how to get there. This was a common issue with multiple guests I spoke with at the property.

Friendly and honest staff. Love the pool and outdoor space (incl visiting cute cats). Good quality food, quick response to any issue. Would return. Only issue is room fridge barely cold.

I didn’t like two points;
1st: I was asked to go pay early check-in and it was about $120 since there is no choices.
2nd: I was asked to pay the breakfast as well as I wasn’t informed while the checking-in process that the suite not included the breakfast.

Amazing property with wonderfully infinity pool toward the sea

From start to finish, outstanding. Staff so friendly and willing to help. Light refreshments bar, chatty and no pushyness, breakfast dinning area, bloody lovely. Large bright amd natural sun light and staff all will to help you.
So over all, a beautiful hotel, clean and very inviting. Restaurant and meeting places are very inviting as well.
