"One of the best place in Rome for a boutique hotel 5 mn from the Vatican!!!"

"I’ll keep this as real as possible. The hotel was clean, in a real good area close to everything. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel, but it was a nice hotel. The staff was great, we needed to do laundry and Barbara, who does housekeeping, said they would do it. Had 2 large loads done for 20 Euros, this was a big plus for us. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience Rome."

"Federica was AMAZING! She helped us feel welcomed and cared for, all of her suggestions were a hit! Our favorite dinner spot was from her personal list. We had a great stay all due to her hospitality."

"Great location . Small room not enough space to move around for two people.Ok for one night stay! Limited front desk till 4 pm but the guy at desk very helpful!! If you arrive late you have to make sure someone will wait for you to give you keys to main door and to your room! But as far as communication was ok. coffee k cups Fruits in a bowl & a fruit tart on a dish for quick start of your day!"

"This is a very unique hotel. Only 4 rooms but they are spacious and beautiful. The staff is incredible and they communicated well from booking to checking out. Any questions you have or needs you have and they will help as much as they can. I am only sorry we couldn't stay much much longer. If you are able to get into this amazing hotel, DO it!"

"From the moment I booked this place, Enrico was incredibly responsive & helpful, telling me how to get there on the public transit bus from FCO terminal 1, greeting me as I arrived in the dark in the rain, pointing me to good local restaurants (a great one right across the street). The room was huge, clean, quiet, and with great AC. I will 110% ONLY stay here from now on, when having to overnight at FCO. Enrico could not have been more helpful, reassuring and welcoming. You can NOT go wrong...
