"We had a lovely two night stay at the Sligachan Hotel. Our room was clean, the beds were comfy with good pillows, and the rain shower feature in the bathroom was wonderful! We had a nice view of the water from our window. The bar next door, Seumas' Bar had an excellent selection of whiskey, a very nice dinner menu. The sea bass was fabulous and the honey cake dessert was divine. We would like to especially thank Mariam at the front desk for being so kind and helpful during our stay. "

"The heating in the room was uncontrollable despite reporting it to the receptionist. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. However the selection for dinner was limited and apart from one included side eg a potato section, vegetables were extra"

"The staff were brilliant although he kept telling us and everyone else he was the only one in running the hotel and the bar. Our room was freezing cold and it felt like the heating had not been on in days, The main external wall was really wet and damp, this would have not been an issue had the heating been used. There were no instructions on how to heat up the room so we used google. Once the room heated up it was fine and no issue, also the following morning the damp had then dried up. "
