The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...

"Excellent 3 night stay at the hotel.... I was in a single room (29) which was basic but perfectly adequate for what I needed. The only issue with the room was the shower wasn't particularly powerful but was ok. Everything else about the hotel was very good, staff were lovely, especially the breakfast team.
