こちらのホテルは深夜にブリュッセルに着いたので利用しましたが、チェックインもスムーズで部屋もとても清潔で広く、大きなスーツケースを広げても、なお余裕がありました。南駅前は治安が悪いと言われていますが、駅から近いため、危険な雰囲気を感じなかったです。

Clean room, kitchenette good, no breakfast included. Unfortunately was informed that our bathroom sink was broken so was asked to use the kitchen sink instead. No other available room as it is weekend. Gave us 2 drinks coupon as compensatory.
