Just a couple of issues, baby mothes throughout, back burner is burnt out on stove, light bulb was burned out upstairs, and overall the decor feels dated except for the new sofa. Also, outdoor chairs were dirty and filled with spider webs."

Upon bringing it to the attention of the staff, I was reminded that we booked through an outside platform so that nothing could be done. "Chetola is a very old, outdated and tired facility. They have no real amenities. The swimming pool is a dark inside pool. The restaurant is still under renovations and was closed (since before May)."

Everything was in good repair, the staff was super nice, the room was the perfect size for our family, pool and hot tub we're enjoyed and breakfast! You could tell everything was prepared with care and we had the best breakfasts to sustain us through our busy day. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. It seemed like the other guests were having the same great experience because everyone was in a great mood."
