Pittsburgh Marriott City Center
2/10 Terrible
"Time to put this dog down. Everything is old. The bathroom and ceilings are falling apart. Paint and wallpaper are peeling off the walls. Elevators are all damaged and old and something don’t even work. The doors and hallways are all banged up. There’s a serious shortage of staff.. room service is really really really overpriced. Valet parking at $50 a night is more than the airport. The gym is small and with three people in it already felt overcrowded."

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Pittsburgh Downtown
8/10 Good
"The staff was great! They helped us get to a local store for a terrible towel! The room was good. A few dings for a suite. They need clean that little cubbie furnace room the door popped open and there is trash in there but I will stay again. Best burger in the restaurant! "

Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Thoroughly impressed with the amenities and helpful staff. Very clean and nice hotel! Well worth the price!"

Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown
6/10 Okay
"Was easy to get to from interstate. Easy walk to PNC. Hotel was fine. But needs some upkeep. Peeling wallpaper, interior of bathroom door hadn’t been cleaned in sometime - it’s a wood and glass door. Lots of dust and ‘spots’ (toothpaste/lotion?). Employees were polite. Valet attendant was very helpful. We accidentally left our car key and we called when we realized. Turned around but could only get within a block of hotel (marathon was being ran). Attendant brought us our key."

DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh - Green Tree
4/10 Poor
"No free breakfast
The shower handle came off in my hand, it was cumbersome and complicated to operate, and would now shutoff.
The toilet was too low to the floor - non-ADA compliant, and the door to the bathroom was too close to the toilet so, I had to swing my knees out of the was to close he door and achieve some privacy.
It was once a very expansive and nice property but it is now rundown and not a lot of investment in updated fixtures.
Even the room comfort controls were dimly lit and very noisy."

Omni William Penn Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful Hotel with amazing staff"

Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Just standard continental breakfast. But food was fresh, breakfast room was clean"

Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport
8/10 Good
"Having the restaurant right off the lobby and the shuttle one floor down was very helpful for a tired traveler.
The only negative I have is that the reusable bottle of body wash had not been refilled and I barely had enough to shower with. Had there been two in the room one person wouldn’t have been able to shower. These should be refilled after each use of the room so there is no chance it will run out."

Springhill Suites by Marriott Pittsburgh North Shore
2/10 Terrible
"Do not stay here unless you are staying during a time that the rates are not elevated. It is not worth it. Our room was not clean and room service from previous customers was outside of our room the entire time even though we asked that it be picked up. The AC was blowing so loud in the hall we could hear it in our room. The construction outside it loud and started at 7:30am on a Saturday. "
