"Room was just okay and had a terrible odor (wet dog smell?) Water pressure was very intense and the tub fills with water and drains extremely slow. The pool heater was broken which is understandable but would have been nice to be told that when we checked in vs getting changed walking down and reading the sign. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee wasn't even hot. Staff acts like guests are a burden."

"The carpet in my room was extremely dirty and needs replaced. There were cobwebs in the tops of windows and in the corners of the room. The shower needs repair but worked enough for my one shower I took. The bed was extremely hard and I could feel the displacement of inner material inside. The room had a wierd smell, probably from the carpet. If it wasn't for my short stay and the needed room for a wedding not to mention other places were full, I would have left and went somewhere else. I...
