Hotel Red Roof Inn di Banjaran Appalachian

"Very upset that the front staff had no authority over the guests. We were on the first floor and for almost 4 hrs had the guests above us (assuming kids) making a ton of noise. We were leaving at 6am and I have a 3 yr old toddler. I called the front desk 5 times and she told me she already called them twice? Okay well they havent stopped or slowed down."

"They must have done a renovation on the rooms because the room I had was way better than the property's review. Granted you're not looking at a 4 star hotel, but the room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast left much to be desired. All in all, a very good room for the money."
