"Thought I left my phone in the room. Someone has escorted me back up after I checked out. I did end up finding it in my luggage and then the next day someone texted me to make sure that I have found it cause they had found a lost phone what a great group of individuals who work at this place the facility is beautiful and it’s in a great location."

"The rooms were large, nice size balcony, bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need. Nice view of the gulf course and the flowers and trees were beautiful. I hope to stay there again."

"The William Penn is an excellent hotel. The only problem during my stay was that the WiFi did not function properly for the first 36 hours. The hotel is beautiful. Highly recommend."
Edgewater Hotel - Gatlinburg

"Check in was fine. Room was clean and everything worked. Good water pressure and clean towels. Close to just about everything as long as you don't mind walking. My wife was down getting things from the car and a Black Bear was strolling through the parking garage. Seems to be a weekly event around here. She was freaking out. I thought it was very funny. There are "how to act when a bear is present" signs all around the property. Bring good walking shoes and enjoy Gatlinburg. I would stay here again! wife?................."
