"For perspective this was our fourth trip here stretching back 15 years. Our two bed apartment in Apollo Heights was fantastic. Large, spacious with a good balcony and view. "Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and well trained"

"Everything stood out, the hotel was clean fresh, friendly. The staff were always available and visible. They helped with any requests from booking cabs, to recommending places to visits and salons. I needed a hairdresser and they got one to come to the hotel. The amenities were really good, spa, indoor pool, outside pool, beach, restaurant. I had a hot tub I. My room which was maintained everyday. Cannot fault the stay at all."

"There are essentially two very different hotels linked in the same large complex marketed with different names. This part was quiet, with a lovely large pool, a nice clean apartment in small white washed blocks with comfortable beds and terrace. "The gentlemen checking us in didn't seem too friendly and didn't even let us know that breakfast was included in our stay. I had to go back down to ask about it later in the day. When I asked about self-parking, he just seemed bothered by my questions as well. While the hotel was nice and met our needs (and the breakfast was excellent), it was just disappointing that the service wasn't that great. All other staff we spoke with were very friendly though. "
