"È incredibile come, nonostante le mie numerose richieste di abbassare l'aria condizionata centralizzata, tali richieste siano rimaste appunto soltanto delle richieste . . . La temperatura all'interno della camera è rimasta gelida e questo vale anche per le 4 settimane precedenti in cui ho soggiornato in questa struttura.
