"This apartment is in the Mermaid Seaside Hotel building, but it is privately owned and not a part of the Hotel. If on check in, you go to reception, they will tell you “ it’s nothing to do with us ! “ If you have any mobility problems, then you should not book this .. it’s up on a steep incline, and then a further approx 20 steps before you can reach reception ! See photo from Street View The apartment is very dirty, and a danger hazard with plug sockets hanging off the walls, light switches...

"The day before my stay, I contacted the property via WhatsApp to confirm check‑in details. I was told everything was fine and to call again once I arrived onsite. About ten minutes later, they messaged me saying they did not have the room type I had booked and fully paid for months in advance. They gave me no alternative solution and simply told me to cancel through Expedia — even though the booking clearly stated that cancellation would result in most of the payment being withdheld. I tried...

"Very dirty and smell. Pillows cases smell, bed sheets cover smell very bad. old and discolored bath towels. Sofa is supper dirty and smell like some one pissed on it. "It was listed as premier room with partial sea view. But room was not at all fully equiped, there was no kettle, 1 or 2 glasses, 1/2 plates, It’s supposed to be an apartment with stove and utensils but NOt. There was no towels The fridge was not working cooling properly. Bed sheets were left in the washer. However, those were provided the next day after asking. It’s better to have the room well maintained and equiped to make it on par for a 4star listing and may charge more. Listing needs to be...

"施設は値段以上のクオリティで施設も清潔。駐車場もコンビニもあり生活しやすい環境でした！ただし、チェックインの方法が大変不明瞭でチェックイン場所を調べるのに苦労しました… オーナーに電話して鍵をもらうスタイルは英語が使えないので、現地の友達に対応してもらいました。オーナーに電話して鍵をロッカーから出すシステム以外は大変満足なので、ここのチェックイン方法をサイト内で明確にしてもらう方がいいと思います。"
