The room was small and very old. It should not be stated as hotel but poor motel type.

受付のスタッフの方はとても親切です。ただ部屋の掃除が行き届いていない。ポットの上に埃、床や洗面所には髪の毛がたくさんあり気持ち悪かった。場所もスタッフの方も良いだけに残念。

오래된 카펫 냄새랑 화장실이 ㅠㅠㅠ 전체적 분위가 어릴때 수학여행 단체로 여행갔을때 묵었던 그런 호텔 같음

スタッフの方々は親切。掃除する人の髪の毛が部屋に落ちていてスタッフに伝えたらきれいになった。場所は最高。

4泊しましたが、リーズナブルながら毎日ベッドメイキング&清掃有り。ホテルスタッフも「おはようございます！」と日本語で挨拶してもらえました。 ソウル郊外でも、賑やかな立地で、近隣の市場も楽しめます。

バスタブの栓の開閉がスムーズに動かず、排水に苦労した。バスタブを仕切るカーテンもないので、シャワーの湯が飛び散って床が水浸し。 TVの操作も韓国語でよくわからず。。。

객실과 욕실 청소상태는 좋음. 시설은 조금 낡은 느낌. 객실 테이블이 망가져있었음. 한국임에도 느낄 수 있는 이국적 번화가 뒷골목의 정취.

안녕하십니까 고객님 삼원프라자 호텔입니다. 주차시설때문에 많이 불편하셨나봅니다. 저희호텔은 호텔 맞은편에 별도로 4층 주차시설을 보유하고 있습니다. 혹여 불편한점이 있었다면 불편드린점 너무 죄송합니다. 주차시설에는 저희 호텔 주차직원들이 24시간내내 교대로 근무를 하니 다음에는 문의 주시면 불편함이 없도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

리모델링이라서 기대했는데 9층은 리모델링 상태가 아니었네요 이전에 대실로 사용한 방에 비해서 시설이 안좋긴했지만 조식도 먹을만해서 나쁘진 않았습니다

지낼만 합니다.
잘 지내다 왔습니다. 시내에 있어서, 접근성을 좋구요. 직원도 친절하였습니다. 다만, 시설이 조금 오래 되긴 하였지만, 특별히 위생상의 문제는 없었습니다. 조식은, 아주 간단히 나왔습니다.
