"We appreciated the early check in but there’s no AC in the room, which made it difficult to sleep. Not safe keeping the window open (it’s ground floor - someone can walk in!). Btw the lobby bar didn’t have a wine opener for us to enjoy our French wine in our room before we left. I had to walk to the Standard to get the bottle opened, which was awkward. Not penalizing them for that but odd."
"This is a well-located and comfortable hotel. It was what we’ve come to expect from a reportedly upscale hotel: acceptably clean, occasional long elevator waits, walkable to restaurants and train station, overpriced breakfast, nice bathroom. No complaints."
