Great place in the heart of Antwerp

We were greeted by friendly owner Paul and helped with parking (there's free parking in a square very nearby), and he made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. The room we had was well kitted out, (including fridge, nice shower, nifty lighting system!) pleasant (lovely big windows), clean and comfortable (mattress was really good). It was in a great location, walking distance from everywhere, with loads of nice eating and drinking places around. If we are back in Antwerp we would love to stay here again!

Silvester in Antwerpen 😍

Super gemütlich und sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Unser Gastgeber Paul war so nett! Jede Frage wurde sofort beantwortet...z. B. wo kann man gut essen...wir bekamen sofort gute Tipps, inkl. Wegbeschreibung. Paul ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder dort buchen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Man kommt auch fußläufig übersll bequem und schnell hin.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Er hat uns tolle und nützliche Tipps zu Antwerpen gegeben. Das Frühstück hat der Vermieter zu unserer gewünschten Uhrzeit aufs Zimmer gebracht. Es gab Brötchen, Croissant, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Joghurt, frischgepressten O-Saft, Kaffee und Tee. Alles um einen guten Start in den Tag zu haben. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen !!!

Would not go back

No lift but owner, Paul, carried our small bags to second floor. The B &B is in a 100 year old building which was up graded windows, fixtures, but the stairs very narrow and steep. It would be very discult for a strong man to carry a large suitcase up the stairs because you must hold on to the hand rail as to climb and a large bag would'nt fit in stair well. Bed spread and pillow cases didn't seem clean.

Ein tolle Apartment in einem schönen Teil der Stadt. Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat alles prima geklappt. In der nähe sind schöne Geschäfte, Restaurants, der Weg in die innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem eine prima Erfahrung. Kann man nur empfehlen!!!

Location and Hosts were wonderful

All was great, especially the hosts and the location. The communication before and during was excellent as were Paul's suggestions and recommendations of what to see, where to eat, which routes to walk. Would definitely stay here again, Margaret & Max

Appartement idéal et précieux conseils

Notre séjour chez Ann et Paul s’est très bien passé. Paul a été très accueillant et de bon conseil. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. L’appartement est situé dans le sud de la ville, le centre ville historique est très accessible à pied ou en vélo. La petite cuisine est un plus. Encore merci à Paul qui a participé à notre découverte de cette belle ville flamande !

Ideal place to stay and explore Antwerp

We arrived at B&B because the night and were greeted by Paul. He helped us with our bags, he helped my husband find a place to park then showed us around our room on the top floor which was great. The room had everything you would need for a great stay, massive bed, kitchen if like us you like to have a brew and your breakfast before setting out to explore, and great shower room. Paul is a great host telling us all about Antwerp and the best places to walk around, or visit, get a local beer marking places on a map for us to get our bearing from. It's right in the city so great to visit all the sites. Wish we had booked a longer stay.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in angenehmer Gegend

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, Paul ist ein supernetter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unser Zimmer war großzügig, mit einem schönen Bad und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Antwerpen Zuid ist etwas abseits der großen Touristenströme, viele nette Restaurants in der Nähe und mit dem Leihfahrrad (s. velo-antwerpen.be) vielleicht 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr nettes B&B in tollem Viertel von Antwerpen

B&B mit toller moderner Einrichtung.Tolles gemütliches Bett,gratis Kaffee und Tee sowie Kühlschrank.Das Frühstück gibt es für 7€ aufs Zimmer und es ist gut und reichhaltig.Sehr steile Treppe zum Zimmer,man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein.Das B&B liegt ruhig,es gibt viele tolle Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.Ins historische Zentrum ist es ein schöner 20minütiger Spaziergang.Tram-Haltestelle und Fahradverleih in Laufweite. Der Besitzer Paul war sehr liebenswürdig und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben.
