Si vous ne voulez pas dormir à la rue...à éviter !

J'avais une réservation du 2 au 4 octobre 2019 par Hotels.com. A l'arrivée, les deux réceptionnistes m'ont annoncé qu'elles n'avaient pas de réservation à mon nom, et qu'en plus l'hôtel était complet ! La raison ? Nous ne travaillons plus avec Hôtels.com, car nous n'arrivons pas à nous faire payer...et nous ne pouvons pas les appeler non plus. Bien sûr, le responsable n'était pas visible. Finalement, sur conseil d'une des deux réceptionnistes, je me suis adressé à un hôtel voisin, qui avait des disponibilités.
