O quarto era simples, mas super confortável. Ficamos no 7º andar, tinha uma vista bem bonitinha da cidade. Smart TV, Banheiro grande, chuveiro muito bom, ar condicionado funcionando tanto na funcao esquentar quanto resfriar. O antendimento foi foi no check-in e no check-out.

Servico muito bom em Nova Petropolis! Porém nao achei a manta em boas condições, parece terem esquecido a lavagem. A suite é um pouco pequena, mas muito bem decorada, limpa e perfumada. Somente isso, o restante impecavel. Recomendo o hotel Petropolis.

Acomodações muito boas, piscina térmica boa. Chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã é OK. Mas podia ser mais completo, considerando ser um hotel da serra gaúcha. Localização, embora perto do centro, exige usar o carro pois é no alto de um morro.
