"The rooms are Spartan with paper, thin walls. To access the sleeping area you must climb a set of stairs. Two stars is accurate description of the accommodations. However, the location is awesome inside a castle. The restaurant was wonderful. The food was delicious. I would definitely seek out the restaurant again."

"Found Hotel Paloma very last minute when we needed a stopover before heading on to Valencia, and it worked perfectly. The biggest plus for us was the secure parking—there’s a private, gated courtyard, which was ideal for our van. It’s also opposite a police station in a quiet little town, so it felt very safe. We had a twin room overlooking the parking area, which meant it was nice and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. We arrived late and popped next door for a drink and some tapas, which was convenient. Breakfast was included at the hotel, but there was also a very nice bakery in the square about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Overall, a solid choice for a quick overnight stay. Comfortable, practical, and stress-free. Would happily stay again if passing through."

"A very nice property, tucked in the center, tastefully renovated. Service is very kind and attentive, even though the « nobody’s there » check in procedures can be unusual for the American public. Very nice bedding, and super quiet. "

"It's a lovely traditional hotel in a very convenient location. The receptionist is uber-helpful and friendly. Our room was a bit on the small side, but had everything we needed for a one night stopover, but there were no dining facilities. However, the free breakfast sponges made up for that and we used Uber Eats."
