The 7th-floor VIP lounge was exceptional — unbelievable breakfast each morning, lovely afternoon tea, and delicious appetizers before dinner. Having these offerings included truly elevated the entire experience. A very special thank-you to Michael, the VIP lounge manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He arranged everything we needed, was always checking in, and even personally drove us to our tour one morning when taxis were unavailable. The complimentary shuttles and his genuine kindness made such a difference — he truly made us feel taken care of. This was the perfect winter getaway in every way. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and would absolutely return without hesitation."
