"From the time I was greeted till my bags were whisked into my car, I was treated with professional courtesy and personal care. I'm an elderly lady traveling alone and need extra help. I was given a downstairs room and treated with exceptional care. There were many extras in my room including a binder of the history of the Lodge built in 1907. "Newer facility with all the right touches"

"Very good breakfast, every space cleaned, perfect parking, excellent location. Cons: 2 elevator, 1 out of service. Washer & dryer, dryer out of service Our room was in floor 5, ice machine out of service. "

"The room was set up well for handicap accessible bathrooms but the door to the room was hard to open. The backcheck adjustment on the closer needs to be turned down a lot. The food we ordered on site was good but they were out of French fries. With a small amount of options, this shouldn't happen. "

"We absolutely loved Zelda Dearest. This place has quickly become our go-to when we’re in Asheville — the 1920s vibe, the atmosphere, the staff — all of it just works. Breakfast was fantastic and the perfect way to start the morning before heading out to explore downtown. The location is great too, easy walking distance to everything. If you haven’t stayed here yet, you’re missing out. We’ll definitely be back."
