Cari Chalet di Antisana Ecological Reserve

"The cabins were excellent, with private pools. The volcanic waters are out of this world: hot, relaxing, therapeutic. The mountains surrounding are impressive, pristine. The gardens are well tended and contribute to a civilized experience. We had massages and the four of us were unanimous about the quality of the care, the technique, the experience. The restaurants are well staffed by caring people, and offered excellent food. It was my third time at Termas Papallacta, and clearly the best."

"Absolutely recommend this property. The staff is amazing! We did a couple of the activities and love them. Definitely do the horse back riding tour! The food is delicious, the rooms are comfortable and where this property shines is on the little details- turn down service, with fireplace, chocolate and hot water bottles to keep the bed warm."

"This was our most memorable stay during our 2 months in Ecuador! Exceptional value for money. Outstanding staff and customer service! The views are beautiful and the cabins very comfortable, with hot showers and extra blankets for chilly nights. Every cabin has a nice balcony with hammock chairs and a fold-down table. They have a great viewing platform for all sorts of hummingbirds, and a cool light-trap near a hide for watching birds eating bugs for breakfast. Wifi is excellent (we had to have...

"Loved Hacienda! A beautiful stay only 15 mins from the airport but felt like you were surrounded by pure nature in a different world than the city of Quito. The walk on the trails is stunning, and the history is fascinating to learn how the owners discovered the tunnels on site and the Incan history connected to it. Oscar is so knowledgeable on the history! Beautiful rooms, amazing food, the grounds are so peaceful it’s hard to think you are in Quito, lots of wild coloured birds, so many...

"They give us complimentary drinks , staff always smiles,"

"This is a really unique gem located in Puembro. The staff, both reception and service, were great. Had a really early shuttle to the airport, which they provide. I missed breakfast because of my early departure, but they kindly packed me a breakfast box to go. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Only issue was that it was NOT close to the airport. Expedia said “3.4 miles.” That may have been accurate for as the crow flies, but realistically you have to go all the way around something(?)) to...

"Wonderful to stay here. Beautiful garden to sit in and listen to the birds with a fresh morning coffee. Lovely maintained property. Comfortable rooms. Attentive and caring team"

"the lobby is far far from the parking lot, arrived late at night, no lights no signs. no sign on the road at the entrance to the hotel, drovve 30 extra minutes trying to find the entrance and lobby. I called but no one bothered to answer the phone at the front desk.,....Horrific, dark, cold, no lights no answer at front desk. Almost had the taxi take me to another hotel. They were nice and apologetic, but that is no excuse. The kitchen stayy waitresses are complete ly clueless and not qwell...

"Where do I start.... the hotel is located in the jungle and the approach to it is a little amusing as you have to drive over a very colourful single lane suspension on route. And then you are travelling along a dirt road that makes your thoughts start to question your judgement but then..... the hotel appears as a gem set within the folds of the surrounding jungle. The hotel is very spacious and the architecture is very fitting for its location. The room we were renting was very nice and...

"Carlos and his team were awesome! Customer service and hospitality was world class!!"
