"Well I got the run around when booking but after that the only let down was not getting the King Bed room that had been booked. But everything else was excellent and the first front desk clerk was great and the second customer service person at the front desk was great. Her name was Heather and she’s the epitome of an excellent customer service manager. "The inside was beautiful. The location is very close to everything fun downtown. They only have valet parking, which was full when I was there. They are also on the road racing circuit so noise outside can be loud at night. "

"Everyone at the desk was really nice! Hotel was clean and rooms were comfortable and clean. I really like the bed..soft with lots of extra pillows I'm old fashioned but I DID NOT like that I could not CALL the Hotel to confirm my reservation. I'm comfortable with cell phones and computers and didn't mind the confirmation coming through on my Email I didn't like talking to a computer...sorry but AI is not for me. "I enjoyed my stay at this location for Nike Nationals for 3 days. The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was very nice. Being my first time at la Quinta Salem, I was amazed by how neat the room and bathroom were and it was consistently cleaned, replenished towels by the time we got back. I was very pleased with my stay."
