"Staff smoked right outside the door. Someone else’s fecal matter came up in our toilet!!! Not an offer to come up and sanitize our toilet. Construction manager was rude and condescending when I was confused about the parking. If I could’ve canceled without being charged I would have. "

Continental breakfast was gross, scrambled eggs were raw, bacon and sausage were terrible. Homeless people come in and eat at this hotel and using the hotel restrooms."

"Well, one of the water handles in the bathroom fell off when I went to use it, and there was about half an inch gap under the door and an eighth of an inch gap around the side and top. The staff was Greatl Property was clean"
