"The owners of this beautiful house are very kind and interesting people who have a diverse backgrounds. This is my third visit to the Philippines and I had one of my best breakfast her at the UmaVerda. It was a very comfortable experience with wonderful conversation. "

"View was incredible, breakfast was always fantastic. Everything it was advertised to be and more. Can't recommend enough "

"Nice tree house on the hill side with excellent view. Nice brekky and helpful staff. Nice unique hotel."

"Good area not far from the beach "

"Very unusual floating cabins, very comfortable, nice ocean breeze. Staff was genuine and concerned for our comfort. Food was very good, original and plentiful. "Nice, clean, new place close to the Northwest Panay Peninsula Natural Park where I was recording bird sounds. "

"Clean facility and super friendly staff"

"Punta Rosa is a fantastic hotel. Located right on the beach at the end of Station 1. 2 minute walk to Diniwidbeach which in our opinion is the best beach. The rooms are so cozy, clean and nice. The breakfast is very good and you order it from a varied menu. And the staff is very nice! We got upgraded rooms by the owner during our 2 week stay here - the suite was better than all our expectations! She, as well as the rest of the staff, has been very helpful with all our questions and...

"If it were not for Ms.Melanie, i hope i remembered her name right i would rate this hotel zero star. We had trouble with our reservation but she made every possible way to resolve it and provided us great service w/ the food and room. She does it all. As for the room and hotel, it needs an upgrade. The room is not clean. Cant even sleep and shower because of the condition of the bed and shower area."
