This hotel felt so unsafe that my son, granddaughter and I checked out a day early- even though we were unable to get our money back. We had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights so we could visit my 92 year old mom in memory care, but felt so unsafe we all stayed in one room together. Both rooms we booked were unclean, with shoe prints on the ceiling in one. Although front door is locked after 10 and access supposed to be only by back door with key card, the back door was open most of the night. There was no food in the supposed “breakfast” and only one coffee cup. So I basically paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights, stayed in one room for one night. I would Never stay in a Days Inn ever again. I believe all my money should be refunded but at least for the second night that we did not stay there. Just terrible.

The staff is not helpful. The room facilitates are broken like drawers, window. AC cannot make the adjustment. There has no closet. Showers has no soap. Good thing, I bought my own soap. I will not rent it again.
