"The room was spacious and very clean,the bed comfortable. The staff was only a phone call away if we needed something and very friendly. The pool and hot tub area was clean and well stocked with towels.it was nice to have laundry facilities on grounds"

Front desk woman was kind and helpful. Property is old and tired, but everything worked in room. Thin walls, sounds from adjacent rooms carry. Rate was appropriate, but fees increased rate by an additional 50%, so way less of a budget."

"Check in and checkout process was fast. Room was clean, beds were okay but pillows could have been better. Breakfast was great! Didn’t use the fitness center nor the pool as they were in the main lodge, not at all convenient to the motel units. There is a $5 resort fee whether you use the amenities or not. Very convenient to the canyon shuttle bus stop."

"There isn’t a lot to choose from near Bryce Canyon. This place offers all the basic necessities and has worked hard to upgrade the property. The only complaint we had was the hard beds. We love a firm mattress, but these were down right hard. We did not rest well the two nights we were there. "
